Library addition: Bullying Among Older Adults

We just added this new book to our collection! It is an awesome read on bullying amongst older adults and includes information on understanding bullying, interventions, and how to create caring communities. It includes information on different approaches for those bullying, and those being bullied, assessments, empathy training, social wellness, etc. It really is an easy read with real stories, and I found it to be helpful with some social dynamics amongst residents I currently work with. In hindsight, I wish I would have handled some situations differently in the past, but am happy to have a better understanding moving forward.
